The Customer Status pages
Customers have personal RMA status & tracking pages.
These are identical to the Dashboard page, but with limited functionality.
Customers use a special URL provided by the system and need to confirm their e-mail address on entry.
The Customer Status Dashboard lists all RMAs associated with that customer.
If configured, customers can enter and edit new RMAs, add shipping details and view the RMA History Logs.
Like the other screens - except for New RMA and Settings - this screen has a top part with a sortable / searchable grid with data records (your Suppliers in this case) and a bottom part in which the details of the selected record is loaded. Clicking an item in the top grid will load it's details in the bottom part.
