New RMA

Overwiew: New RMA page. Quickly enter a new RMA via this page.
An ID and Barcode will be automatically generated for each RMA. The initial status can be selected from the Status selection box.
If you have created Agent logins, you can assign the RMA to the selected agent. Agents will be notified by mail of the assignment.
If a customer enters an RMA, the field "Entered Online by Customer" will tell you so. The default Status for a customer-entered RMA is "Prior notice".
Select an Inbound Type: how are you receiving (or have you received) the RMA product? 
If you selected Mail / Parcel service for Inbound Type, you additional fields for parcel service and track&trace are added. Usually provided by the customer.
The second half of the detail page with the selection box for the Return type. Much alike the Inbound Type, this defines the return method.
If you selected Mail / Parcel service for Return Type, additional fields for parcel service and track&trace are added. Usually available when the product is returned.
A note for the customer can be entered which is shown at both the Customer's Page and the public RMA Tracking page. The URL to the tracking page can be copied from here.
The only required field is Serial Number.
