The dashboard provides a quick overview of all open RMAs. Agents will only see the RMAs assigned to them.
Clicking an item in the top grid will load it's details in the bottom part of the screen.
The data records grid provides extended search and sort controls. If the result-set contains over 15 records the grid will create extra pages.
Each data row has three function buttons. The next images explain each function.
The first cogwheel button lets you quickly assign a new status to the selected RMA.
The second printer button lets you print all the details of the selected RMA.
The third button lets you print a Code-128 type barcode of the selected RMA.
