Let's get acquainted with the menus and screens. It's also time to review our account settings.
The dashboard provides a quick overview of all open RMAs.
RMAs are considered "open" if it's status is not "returned", "replaced" or "refunded".
Your customers are managed through the Customers page. Customers are these companies you expect RMAs and repairs from.
The products are the core of our system and you can manage them through the Products screen.
These are the types of products that you sell or service and not individual units.
You can manage all your RMAs through this screen.
The difference with the Dashboard screen is, that in this view all RMAs - open or closed - are listed.
Manage suppliers of products and parts through the Suppliers page. Suppliers can be selected for products or parts on the Products detail pages.
This is an optional category, adding suppliers is not mandatory.
Customers have personal RMA status & tracking pages.
These are identical to the Dashboard page, but with limited functionality.
If configured, customers can enter and edit new RMAs.
You can quickly enter a new RMA through this screen.
On this manual page you'll get acquainted with all available RMA fields and settings.
